What happens to the details you send us, in plain English.
Who we are
Andrew Richardson Plumbing and Heating is a family-run plumbing and heating business based at 3 Northfield Road, Harpenden, Hertfordshire AL5 5JA. You can reach us on 07944 692226 or by email at andrewrichardson940@yahoo.com.
What we collect
When you send us an enquiry through the quote form on this website, we collect the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address, the area you live in, the service you're asking about and anything you write in the details box. If you phone or email us directly, we keep whatever contact details you give us so we can respond.
How we use it
We use your details for one thing: to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange and carry out the work. Your enquiry is stored securely and emailed to us so we can get back to you. We don't sell your details, we don't share them with marketers, and we don't add you to mailing lists.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your request and look after any work we've done for you. If you'd like us to delete your details sooner, just ask.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. It only uses the basic technical storage needed for the site to work.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Call 07944 692226 or email andrewrichardson940@yahoo.com and we'll sort it out. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
